And she was a very grumpy lady indeed

I can't seem to sleep even though I am a very tired little lady. I'm going to be so grumpy tomorrow! Anyway, just been having a cheeky little play on polyvore (I'm very new to it), and created this outfit. I'm sure you think it's terrible. I don't play by the ~~fashion rules~~...I put navy and black together most days and think it looks great. Oh dear.

Anyway, this isn't really my style, but sometimes I find myself looking and creating outfits that really aren't "me". I think that's fun though.

oh, well, that's a bit false...

This month I've been trying

L' oreal Lash Architect 4D Mascara in black.

I was pretty impressed!

Simply put, the mascara should give me:

" False lash effect in 4 dimensions"

So, does it?

Pros

Super black.
Lashes are long, curved and give lashes a thick appearance so it looks like you haves lots of lovely lashes.
Lovely long brush, so you can reach every little lash, and is still easy to get to the lashes at the corner of your eyes.
Reasonable priced at £11.99. I find many mascaras that I purchase seem to dry up very quickly or are gone within a month. However, four weeks later and the mascara brush is still moist and it appears there's still lots of mascara in the tube! Cons

Lashes aren't really separated. Although they look healthy and thick, at times they could look a little clumpy, so I did have to work hard to separate some of the lashes with the brush, which was a little difficult.

Panda eyes. For some reason, I got black smudges under my eyes around a few hours after applying.
They took a little long to dry. For example, I sneezed around ten minutes after applying the mascara and still managed to get little, black dots under my eyes.

The results!

Oh, I do enjoy my day off, I do!

Today I was pretty lazy...and I rather enjoyed it. I put my summer dress on, popped into the garden and lay in the sun reading this months Glamour and Marie Claire. Lovely jubley.

I'm super chuffed with my new Topshop dress- £10 in the sale from £32...bargain.

Necklace- reduced to £3.50, Topshop.

Shoes- £10, River Island (sale)

I love Audrey Tatou. I guess she reminds me a little of Audrey Hepburn.

And this is my gorgeous dog, Oscar.

Then this afternoon, me and my mum spent time making lots of lovely cupcakes for a charity event that she's holding tomorrow...how delicious do these look? mmmmm....

I want to be a princess for the day, thanks

I don't imagine getting married for years. However, today I was just doing a cheeky catch up on what's new and what not....and I came across some pretty exciting news. If you love Disney, you will find this exciting. The designer Alfred Angelo has been influenced by Disney princesses and their iconic outfits, that he has been inspired to recreate them in wedding dress form. Do you find this exciting? I think it is pretty fantastic.

Doesn't matter about a proposal, if I had a spare large sum of money, I'd just be purchasing one to parade around my house like Cinderella herself.

I think they are absolutely stunning. I just wish I was much older, and erm...actually engaged. Hopefully they will still be designing them in a few years.
